ASKIM´27 – LYDBY.

We are looking for 2-3 projects for UrbanSoundArt ASKIM opening 27 May 2027.
Askim is a city in the council of Indre Østfold and inhabits ca. 15.500 people. We are curious about Askim, and wonder why we hardly know anything about this place and the people living there? We want to find out what is hidden in Askim of stories, activities and livelihood through sound-based activities in public space.
The artist fie is minimum NOK 20.000,00 and all other costs will be negotiated (material/ equipment, traveling, housing etc.). We are so far collaborating with Kulturskolen and the council and will develop the project with an ongoing curiosity into the local.
